The Story Behind The Podcast

The podcast was inspired by Liz’s experience surviving her second house fire. An event that profoundly shaped her perspective on trauma recovery through yoga and resilience. The 'tapas' (internal heat) it created for recovery, as this event changed her in more ways that she could have imagined. This experience sparked a more in depth exploration into how life events influence our mental and physical health. How one event can change the rest of our life. .
