Liz Albanis
Yoga, Pilates and exercise has changed my life for the better. Now I help others improve their lives with such modalities.
As well as mentor yoga teachers.
My approach is trauma-aware, designed to help you feel supported in your body. Not pushed beyond it.
I specialise in working with:
Beginners who feel intimidated by movement.
People practising yoga at home who haven’t got the option of attending regular classes.
People navigating injury, chronic pain, or complex needs.
Those seeking yoga for mental health and nervous system regulation
Yoga teachers who need to build confidence, find their voice, cater to students mental health. And teach yoga functionally by understanding anatomy, rather than memorising universal alignment cue.
Rather than following a one-size-fits-all method, I focus on meeting you where you are. Helping you rebuild strength, confidence, and trust in your body at your own pace.
This is not about perfection or performance.
It’s about creating a space where you can feel supported and understood.
their words, not mine
“Liz’s teaching is invitational and informed. Her thirst for knowledge is second to none, and has allowed her to grow into a highly regarded teacher. Her way is to guide students with an assured sense of the care and knowledge. She understands the nuances of teaching to a broad audience, and imparts information in every exchange that occurs. Exploring for the first time within the practice of yoga, or coming from an experienced background, you will benefit from Liz’s knowledge and encouragement to discover what will bring the best outcome for you and your body.”

“When you finish one of Liz's classes, you are in a state of yoga bliss. Liz has incredible knowledge and weaves this with her love of yoga to create an amazing restorative environment for yoga and for magic to happen. I really enjoy the combination of yoga nidra and restorative yoga in Liz's classes, it gives me time to take care of myself, in a safe supportive environment”
