Hi I’m Liz
I created this space for people who don’t feel supported in traditional yoga or fitness environments. My approach is trauma-informed and trauma-aware, designed to help you feel supported in your body. Not pushed beyond it.
I specialise in working with:
Beginners who feel intimidated by movement People navigating injury, chronic pain, or complex needs.
Those seeking yoga for mental health and nervous system regulation .
Rather than following a one-size-fits-all method. I focus on meeting you where you are and helping you rebuild strength, confidence, and trust in your body at your own pace. This work is not about perfection or performance. It’s about creating a space where your body can feel supported, understood, and safe to change.
