What to know before you start:
- This class is ideal if you’re feeling flat, emotionally stuck, or struggling to get going
- You don’t need to be flexible or fit.
- Just a mat (or clear space), a cushions/bolsters, blankets, a block or two. And a willingness to meet yourself as you are
- Options are offered throughout so you can stay seated or grounded if needed.
The class is floor-based but can be adapted but is not as beginner friendly as chair or restorative yoga. - As always, listen to your body and move in ways that feel safe, supportive, and kind
- This is yoga that doesn’t expect you to show up feeling your best, just as you are.
